जिंदगी ने यूँ तो मुझको ,
रोका है
हर मोड़ पर, दीवार बनके ,
“दिल सीने में , दफ़न करके,”
यूँ कुछ गुजरा हूँ मैं,
अक्सर तूफ़ान बनके ।
बने जख्मो के निशान
यूँ मिटा लेता हूँ ,
हर लम्हे पर ,
कुदरत कीं बेमोल हस्ती “माँ”
को गले लगा लेता हूँ ।
सफर लम्बा है,
“शील ” बाकी ना जाने कितना,
यूँ हौसला दे,
गर इनायत हो तेरी,
ऐ कुदरत मुझे,
तेरे बन्दों की बन्दगी का भी
बोझ उठालू मैं ।
