Table of 14 Reading Style

During my days, I remember in the 5th class teacher ask us to remember the tables in a group. One student speaks the table and rests we speak together in a tone. That time it was up to the 25th table. Now for all multiplication tables, we use the calculator. Sometimes the calculator takes more time while if you have remembered the tables it becomes so easy to do the same.

14 × 1 = 14
14 × 2 = 28
14 × 3 = 42
14 × 4 = 56
14 × 5 = 70
14 × 6 = 84
14 × 7 = 98
14 × 8 = 112
14 × 9 = 126
14 × 10 = 140
14  × 11   154
 14 ×   12 =  168
14 × 13 = 182
14 × 14 = 196
14 × 15 = 210
14 × 16 = 224
14 × 17 = 238
14 × 18 = 252
14 × 19 = 266
14 × 20 = 280

To memorize the table see the row carefully, 14 x 1 =14. You are adding 14 to zero then also you will get the same number 14+0=14. But if you will add 14 +14 two times then it will be 28. So, you can say 14 x 2 =28; fourteen times two is twenty-eight.

Analysis of Maths Table

For the third row; 14 x 3 =42 this multiplication you can see in this way 14 + 14 +14 =42 if you will add fourteen three times then also you will get forty-two. So multiplication of a major number with the second number signifies the frequency of the addition of the first number.  Here the first number is 14 and the second number 3. If you will add 14 three times you will get the same result as discussed above.

In the fourth row: 14 x 4 = 56, this you can understand now; four times the addition of the number 14.

Sum of number

Example: 14 +14 +14 +14 =56  so you can understand  14 x 4 =56; for other rows, I can show you here in the listed form so you can memorize it easily.

  • For  14 x 5 =70, you can see the addition of 14 upto 5 times => 14 +14 +14 +14 +14 = 70
  • For  14 x 6 =84, you can see the addition of 14 upto 6 times => 14 +14 +14 +14 +14+14 = 84
  • For  14 x 7 =98, you can see the addition of 14 upto 7 times => 14 +14 +14 +14 +14+14+14 = 98

how to learn 14 table?  or how to learn 14 table easily? if you will ask these question to me, my answer will be “only in tone”. The best way to learn the tables is their own mother tongue. Sum and multiplications are just provide the analysis. 14 table in maths is special.
