Introduction Table of 2
Table of 2 is the first table that students learn in the beginning after the number’s understanding. It’s very easy for the students. If students make a mind map then it becomes so easy. You can see at the end in the image a multiplication cycle for the table of 2.
Table of 2 learning in Maths
A table of 2 one can learn in an easy way for their mathematical calculations. No doubt calculator makes the problem easy. But for the fast calculations, students should remember the table. The multiplication for 2 not only improves the memorizing capacity but is important for understanding point of view. At the end a quiz is listed, you can check and verify your maths table learning.
2 | × | 1 | = | 2 |
2 | × | 2 | = | 4 |
2 | × | 3 | = | 6 |
2 | × | 4 | = | 8 |
2 | × | 5 | = | 10 |
2 | × | 6 | = | 12 |
2 | × | 7 | = | 14 |
2 | × | 8 | = | 16 |
2 | × | 9 | = | 18 |
2 | × | 10 | = | 20 |
In the first row 2 x1 =2 means two is one. The second time 2 x 2 = 4 means an addition of 2 two times and it becomes 4. Then for the third row 2 x 3 = 6 if you will add 2 + 2 + 2 = 6 it will be six. In the 4th row, 2 x 4 = 8 it means if you will add 2 four times it will be 8. And similarly, you can understand for the others. So multiplication of a fixed number with another number indicates the sum of the first number up to the number of the second ones. Or you can say that the second number is the frequency of addition of the first number.
If possible for the fast maths calculations learn Vedic maths, short tricks are useful for memorizing maths activities.
